If you do not see the icons on the bottom, or in chat mode, please do the following:
• 1: Inbox bottom navigation icons
- From the Inbox, press the Menu button and then tap Settings > Appearance Settings
- Scroll down to "Switch Method" and press it
- Make sure "Tab buttons only" or "Both above" are selected
• 2: Chat bottom icons
- From the Inbox, press the Menu button and then tap Settings > Appearance Settings
- Scroll down to "Conversation other settings" and press it
- Make sure "Hide the bottom tabs" is not selected
